1. Sauté 1 diced onion in olive oil. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and red pepper flakes.
2. Mix 1.5 lbs ground beef (or mix with Italian sausage), 2 eggs, 1 cup grated parmesan, parsley, 3. breadcrumbs, salt, and a dash of Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Combine with onion mixture.
