We process orders Monday – Friday between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm PST. Most order ship from Tacoma, WA within 2-4 business days. We have negotiated lower rates with UPS and pass those saving onto our customers. UPS is unable to deliver to PO, APO, AFB or FPO boxes. For PO Boxes, please provide a physical address for shipping on the checkout screen. For all others, please call us to place your order.
All products are delivered by UPS and will usually arrive in 7-10 business days unless you choose expedited delivery by selecting either ‘3-day select' or '2nd day air' or ‘Next day air’ guaranteed service at the appropriate additional charge.
Yes, place your order online and chose the correct country before entering the shipping address.

Some of our products are gluten and/or dairy free. Most of our products contain no added MSG. However, there is always the risk of cross-contamination. See the Nutritional Facts information on each product to see all ingredients and allergens.
We are not kosher or Halal.

The average shelf life is 12-24 months depending on the product.
All dry seasonings are shelf stable, including Parmesan Garlic Seasoning. Concentrates, dressings and sauces should be refrigerated after opening.
We sell Johnny’s around the world... in the US, look for us at Costco, CVS, Walmart, Bartell's and most other major national retailers; visit our Store Locator page for more information. If you are in the PNW, you can visit our office in Tacoma, WA. You can always order directly from our website. Also, distributors determine which items they stock based on consumer demand. Asking local store managers to stock a particular product often helps to expand the selection of our products on store shelves.
