Do you send out samples?

We do not have sample sizes available at this time.

Do you offer coupons or promotions?

Join the Flavor Club on our website and receive exclusive coupons, recipes, event invitations & reminders, and more direct to your email inbox! Coupons are only redeemable at stores and are not accepted on our website. Also look for us on Facebook, where we have drawings for free product.

Do you have tours of your factory?

We are not able to offer tours of our factory.

Where can I buy Johnny’s products?

ORDERING/SHIPPING FAQ'S

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday – Friday between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm PST. Most orders ship from Tacoma, WA within 2-4 business days. Orders with the "Flat Rate" shipping option chosen will be shipped either UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on best rates. Orders with the "Ground" shipping option chosen with ship either UPS or FedEx.

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the United States?

Yes, place your order online and chose the correct country before entering the shipping address.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

At this time, we do not offer same-day shipping.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx Account Number to ship my order?

We are not currently able to charge shipments to other UPS or FedEx account numbers.

How do I become a distributor or direct seller for Johnny’s products?

I already have a business account with Johnny’s. How do I place a new order?

Business orders cannot be placed on our website at this time. Please call (800) 962-1462 or email Lori@Johnnys.com to place your order.

ALLERGY, NUTRITION & DIET FAQ'S

Do your products contain milk, gluten or MSG?

Some of our products are gluten and/or dairy free. Most of our products contain no added MSG. However, there is always the risk of cross-contamination. See the Nutritional Facts information on each product to see all ingredients and allergens.

Are you Kosher? Halal?

We are not kosher or Halal.

How can I tell the “best before” date?

If you do not see the “best before” date on your product, please contact us info@johnnys.com

What is the shelf life or your product?

The average shelf life is 12-24 months depending on the product.

How should I store my Johnny’s Salt?

All dry seasonings are shelf stable, including Parmesan Garlic Seasoning. Concentrates, dressings and sauces should be refrigerated after opening.

I can’t find my favorite Johnny’s product at my local store. Can you tell me what stores carry it?

We sell Johnny’s around the world... in the US, look for us at Costco, CVS, Walmart, Bartell's and most other major national retailers; visit our Store Locator page for more information. You can always order directly from our website. Also, distributors determine which items they stock based on consumer demand. Asking local store managers to stock a particular product often helps to expand the selection of our products on store shelves.
