Summer Whiskey BBQ Burger
In a large bowl, mix Ground Beef, Hunter’s Blend, Worcestershire sauce, and Whiskey Sauce together until well combined.
Line a 4-inch wide lid or shallow container with plastic wrap. Add hamburger to the container and then fold plastic wrap over the top to press and mold the patty. When the burger patty has taken shape, you can unwrap the plastic and place patties on a platter. Continue this process until you have created 8 patties. To keep the shape of the burger on the grill, cover the platter and refrigerate for an hour
When ready to grill, place the burgers on a preheated grill and cook for 3 minutes. Flip to the other side, and add cheese if desired.
Cook for an additional 1 minute while covered, and then turn the grill off, letting the burgers cook for 3 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160.
Dress your burger as desired. For an extra hit of flavor, spread a thin layer of Whiskey Sauce on bun during preparation
