Delight in the simplicity and elegance of our Lemon Dill Baked White Fish. This recipe features tender white fish fillets brushed with a rich butter, garlic, and Johnny’s Seafood seasoning blend, then baked to perfection. The fish emerges flaky and flavorful, with a subtle hint of fresh dill and a touch of parsley for garnish. It's an easy yet impressive dish, perfect for a quick dinner or a special meal. For an extra layer of flavor, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Dry the fish filets with paper towels.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic, Johnnys Seafood (Lemon Dill) seasoning, pepper and *optional fresh dill.
Dry the fish filets well with paper towels. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet or baking pan. Brush with the butter mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily at its thickest part with a fork. The fish is done when it reaches 145 degrees. Insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the filet. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and if desired a little bit of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. ***Remember that Johnny’s Seafood Seasoning contains salt, so taste test before adding more***
