Lazy French Dip Sandwich is a quick and easy take on the classic sandwich. Tender roast beef is piled high on a soft roll and served with a side of savory au jus for dipping.
I coated the bread lightly with butter, seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper and baked in the oven until golden brown.
Once I got my au jus up to temp I dipped the roast beef in and placed it on the bread with havarti cheese on top. Bake until the cheese is melted, sprinkle on some parsley and you are good to go!
