Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 pork chops bone in or out

2 tsp Chicken & Pork Blend (or to taste)
Ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
6 minced cloves of garlic
¼ cup honey
¼ cup water
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Parsley at garnish (if desired)
Directions
Preheat broiler to medium high heat. Season the pork chops with Johnny’s Chicken and pork blend, ground pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot and then sear the pork chops on both sides until cooked through. (this generally takes about 4-5 minutes each side. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.
While the pan is still hot, melt the butter, and then add in water, minced garlic, water, honey, and rice wine vinegar. Cook this until the sauce reduces down and slightly thickens (generally takes about 3-4 minutes)
Add pork back into the pan, and baste the chops generously with the sauce. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until the edges are barely charred
Add parsley as a garnish and serve over rice, pasta, or vegetables
