Garlic and Parmesan Kale Chips

Garlic & Parmesan Kale Chips
Ingredients
2 bunches of fresh kale
5 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt

½ tsp. Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper
3 tsp. olive oil

Parmesan Garlic Seasoning
Directions
After removing large stems from kale, wash well, and then cut into large chunks. Dry the kale very well using a salad spinner or paper towels
Toss kale in a large bowl with olive oil, seasoning salt, seasoning pepper, and minced garlic. Lay the kale flat on a large baking sheet with ample spacing between kale chunks.
Bake at 300ºF for 10 minutes, then rotate the pan in the oven and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes (or until crispy).
Allow to cool for a few minutes, then shake on the parmesan garlic seasoning to taste.
