Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes , sliced in half
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

½ teaspoon Johnny's Seasoning Salt

¼ teaspoon Johnny's Seasoned Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- ¼ cup chopped basil
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
Directions
- Place tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, and freshly chopped basil leaves into a spacious bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, tangy balsamic vinegar, Johnny's Seasoning Salt, Johnny's Seasoned Pepper, and dried oregano.
- Drizzle the crafted dressing over the tomato mixture and gently toss to infuse the flavors. Let it chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve and all the flavors have marinated together (at least 15-20 minutes).
- Adjust the flavor of the salad to your liking by adding more aromatic basil, increasing seasoning salt/pepper, and if desired, drizzling a bit more balsamic glaze for that extra burst of flavor.
