Salmon Finishing Sauce
Our Northwest recipe specifically designed for salmon. A creamy buttermilk sauce with the robust flavor of dill.
Soybean or Canola Oil, Water, Sugar, Salt, Eggs, White Wine Vinegar, Dehydrated Garlic, Dill Weed, Cultured Whey, Spices, Lactic Acid, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Buttermilk, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Sunflower Oil and Rosemary Extract, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate (as preservatives).
ALLERGENS: Eggs, Milk
Bought this as part of a Christmas gift. Haven't gotten any feedback on it yet.
Good flavor. Not too heavy. Had it with rock fish.
