Johnny’s Flavorful Burger

Prep Time - 15 min

Cook Time - 10 min

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped into small pieces

  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Johnny’s Seasoning Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Johnny’s French Dip Concentrate

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread, broken into tiny pieces

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 4 Hamburger Buns or Ciabatta Rolls

  • Condiments of choice


  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bacon pieces, chopped onion, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt, French Dip Concentrate, bread pieces, and egg. Mix well.

  2. Separate the mixture into quarters, rolling each quarter into a ball; press into patties.

  3. Fry the patties in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Flip when the bottom is evenly brown, cooking the second side until satisfied.

  4. While patties are frying, open the buns, or rolls, and place inside-faces on the skillet. Toast.

  5. If a cheese burger is desired, place a slice of your favorite variety on the burger in the last minute before the burger finishes.

  6. Remove buns, and place patties on buns.

  7. Top off with desired condiments. Suggestions would be mayonnaise, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickle chips.

Heat Scrambled Speckled Eggs

Prep Time - 5 min

Cook Time - 10 min

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 2 eggs

  • Johnny’s Seasoning Salt


  1. Melt 1 Tb. butter in a skillet on medium high heat.

  2. Crack 2 eggs into skillet. Keep on heat until the egg whites start to cook.

  3. Once egg whites are half cooked, start scrambling the eggs in the pan. The eggs should have white and yellow speckles.

  4. Turn over eggs to ensure whites cook.

  5. Sprinkle with Johnny’s Seasoning Salt.

  6. Take off heat when egg whites are fully cooked.

Perfect Grilled Cheese

Prep Time - 5 min

Cook Time - 10 min

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1.5 ounces Colby-Jack Cheese (about 1 slice) grated/shredded

  • .5 ounces Parmesan Cheese (1/4 slice) grated/shredded

  • .5 ounces Provolone Cheese (1/4 slice) grated/shredded

  • 1 ounce Medium Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/2 slice) grated/shredded

  • Johnny’s Seasoning Salt


  1. Heat a pan over medium heat

  2. Completely butter both sides of each slice of bread

  3. Place one slice of bread in the pan, place cheese on top, sprinkle Johnny’s seasoning salt then top with other slice of bread

  4. Turn the heat down a notch and cook until golden brown (2-4 minutes)

  5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown (2-4 minutes)
