Ingredients

2lb chicken breast
1/2 white onion (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 cup Johnny's Whiskey Sauce
4 oz cream cheese
Street taco tortillas
~1 cup of grated white cheddar cheese
1 lime (wedged)
1 cup of corn chips (optional)
Fresh cilantro (optional as garnish)

Directions

In a slow cooker, combine chicken, white onion, garlic, Whiskey Sauce, and cream cheese. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4. Once done, shred chicken with forks.
Toast tortillas over an open flame or in a skillet on each side until slightly charred, but still flexible.
Layer shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, lime juice and fritos/cilantro if desired. You can also drizzle more Whiskey Sauce over top if desired before serving.
