Roasted & Seasoned Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

1 tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

2 Tbsp. Johnny's Parmesean Garlic, optional
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, optional
Directions
Begin by heating your oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with aluminum foil.
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, roughly 2 inches in size and about 1/2 inch thick.
Arrange the cauliflower pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil and melted butter, then season generously with Johnny's seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated, then spread it out in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and the stems are tender enough to pierce with a paring knife. Once done, take it out and toss with Johnny's Parmesan seasoning and parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
