Roasted Delicata Squash
Ingredients
- 2 delicata squash
- 1/4 c. salted butter, melted
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh sage

2 tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. Johnny's Parmesan Garlic Seasoning
Directions
Start by heating your oven to 425°F.
Take a large cutting board and slice a squash in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard them. Next, cut the squash into 1-inch thick rounds and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the melted butter over the squash pieces, ensuring each slice is well coated. Then, add a sprinkle of sage, Johnny's Seasoning Salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Finish by tossing in some Johnny's Parmesan Garlic Seasoning for an extra touch of flavor.
Spread the seasoned squash slices in a single layer on a baking sheet (no need for parchment!). Roast them in the oven until they achieve a beautiful golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Remember to flip the slices halfway through for even cooking. Enjoy them warm or let them cool to room temperature before serving.
