These Pulled Pork Nachos are a bold, crowd-pleasing dish loaded with layers of sharp cheddar, black beans, juicy pulled pork, pickled jalapeños, and a drizzle of Johnny’s Whiskey Sauce. Baked until bubbly and topped with sour cream, they’re the ultimate savory snack or party appetizer.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet.
Shred 12 ounces of sharp cheddar (about 3 cups) and rinse and drain a 15-ounce can of black beans.
Spread half a bag of tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Scatter with half the cheese, half the beans, 1 cup pulled pork (broken into bite-sized pieces), and 1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños. Drizzle with 1/3 cup Johnny's Whiskey Sauce.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, cheese, beans, pork, jalapeños, and another 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce.
Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Top with dollops of sour cream and serve hot, straight from the pan.
