Ingredients

20 lbs turkey
Turkey-size oven bag
2 cups baby carrots
8 oz mushrooms
1 large yellow onion
1 lemon (sliced)

1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Jamaica Me Crazy Lemon Pepper

Directions

Day 1:

Mix seasonings in a bowl.
Remove the turkey's neck and giblets, rinse, and trim fat.
Rub the turkey with olive oil and seasoning mix.
