Johnny's Slow Cooker Pork
2 lb. pork shoulder roast
1/2 cup chicken or pork broth
2 tsp Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
2 cup sliced onions
2/3 cup BeerBBQ
Combine pork, broth and Johnny’s Seasoning Salt in the slow cooker.
Set on low for four hours.
Add chopped onions.
Cook on low for two more hours.
Turn off slow cooker and shred pork.
Top with Johnny's BeerBBQ and serve on buns or salad.
