Slice the cabbage in half from top to core. Lay it flat on the cutting board and thinly slice around the core into fine ribbons. Discard the core.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt, and pepper. Sauté for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and caramelized. Let it sit for a minute between stirs to develop golden-brown bits.
