Johnny's Peel N' Eat Shrimp

Ingredients
2# large shrimp, thawed/shell-on/de-veined
4qt. water⠀

5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. (reserved) Johnny's Seasoning
Salt⠀
2 lemons, halved⠀
6 bay leaves⠀
1 cup of your favorite horseradish spiked cocktail sauce for serving
Directions
Bring the water, Johnny's Seasoning Salt, lemons and bay leaves to a boil. ⠀
Add thawed, shell-on shrimp and bring the poaching liquid back to a simmer for approximately 3-4 minutes or until pink and just firm!
Strain the cooked shrimp in a colander then toss the warm shrimp with the reserved Johnny's.
If serving chilled, transfer the seasoned shrimp to the refrigerator until ready to serve.⠀
If serving warm, toss the shrimp with 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter and serve immediately.⠀
