Caramelized onions
Provolone cheese

Johnny's French Dip Au Jus
Directions
Season Venison with Johnny's Seasoned Salt & Pepper. Sear in a Cast Iron pan hot and fast.
Place seared venison on baguette then top with caramelized onions and provolone cheese.
Toast baguette under the broiler for approximately 1 minute or until the cheese is melted.
Served with a side of warm Johnny's Au Jus.
