Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced venison
  • Johnny's Seasoning Salt
  • Johnny's Seasoned Pepper
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese
  • Baguette
  • Johnny's French Dip Au Jus

Directions

  1. Season Venison with Johnny's Seasoned Salt & Pepper. Sear in a Cast Iron pan hot and fast.

  2. Place seared venison on baguette then top with caramelized onions and provolone cheese.

  3. Toast baguette under the broiler for approximately 1 minute or until the cheese is melted.

  4. Served with a side of warm Johnny's Au Jus.
