Grilled Sausage and Veggie Skewers

Ingredients

1 lb sausage links (Italian, bratwurst, or your favorite)
2 tsp Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced thick
1 small red onion, cut into chunks
1 tsp Johnny’s Parmesan Garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high.
Slice sausage into 1–2 inch pieces.
In a bowl, toss sausage and veggies with olive oil, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt and Parmesan Garlic.
Thread sausage and veggies onto skewers.
Grill 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until sausage is cooked and veggies are slightly charred.
Serve hot — perfect with buns, rice, or a dipping sauce.
