This Firecracker Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry is a bold, spicy-sweet dish featuring tender shrimp marinated in Johnny’s Firecracker Sauce, tossed with noodles, cabbage, and a savory stir-fry blend. Quick, vibrant, and packed with flavor, it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner with a kick.
In a large bowl, mix shrimp with cornstarch, Johnny’s Firecracker Sauce, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat and let marinate for 15–30 minutes.
While the shrimp marinates, cook your noodles according to the package instructions and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, broccoli and shrimp, and cook for about 1 minute per side, until the shrimp begin to turn pink.
Add shredded cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for another minute until it starts to soften.
Toss in the cooked noodles, then stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a splash of sesame oil. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
Cook until the shrimp are fully cooked and cabbage is tender. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, remove from heat, and serve hot.
