This Firecracker Noodle Stir Fry is a bold and spicy dish featuring tender noodles tossed in a savory blend of soy sauce, sesame oil, and Johnny’s Firecracker Sauce. Packed with garlic, chili, and crisp veggies, it’s a quick, fiery meal full of flavor and texture.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Johnny’s Firecracker Sauce, sesame oil, water, and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, white parts of the green onion, and red chili. Sauté until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, then pour the sauce over the top. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
Increase the heat to high and toss in the bean sprouts. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until slightly crisp but tender.
