Crispy Smoked Chicken Wings
Preheat Traeger/smoker to 350°F. Place desired number of frozen wing sections (I did 26 for 2 adults & 2 small children) directly onto the heated grates, no oil necessary. Close the lid and bake for 10 minutes. Open the lid and sprinkle each wing with Johnny's Seasoning Salt, flip wings and arrange on the grill rack by moving the lighter wings to the hotter side so they cook evenly.
Sprinkle again with seasoning salt, close the lid and continue baking for 20 minutes or until wings are 165° and have reached their desired crispiness. Personally I cook the drumette until they're closer to 175°F, they can handle the extra time.
Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sauce, or enjoy as is!
