Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Olive oil

Johnny's Seasoning Salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh squeezed lemon juice (zest lemon and save for topping asparagus).
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Garlic Aioli
Directions
Char-Broiled Asparagus
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Prep asparagus by washing and trimming woody ends from asparagus.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and a generous dash of Johnny’s Seasoning Salt.
- Place approximately 4” from broiler and broil for 5-10 minutes (depending on thickness of asparagus) turning to char on all sides.
- Drizzle with Garlic Aioli and top with lemon zest.
Garlic Aioli
- With a mortar and pestle smash garlic with coarse sea salt until mixed into a smooth paste.
- In a small mixing bowl, add Mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire and garlic mixture. Mix until fully combined.
