Buttery Lemon Pepper Trout

Buttery Lemon Pepper Trout
Ingredients
4 Trout Fillets
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley

3 Teaspoons Jamaica Me Crazy Lemon Pepper

½ Teaspoon Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
3 Tablespoons Butter
Directions
Slice lemons into halves and squeeze juice into small container, mix in the chopped parsley.
Cut the trout fillets into serving size pieces and sprinkle Jamaica me Crazy Lemon Pepper and seasoning salt over the flesh side of the fillets.
In a cast iron skillet or large pan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted. Add the minced garlic and stir.
Add fillets into the pan skin side down, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn fish to the other side and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
Turn the trout once more so the skin side is down and turn off the heat. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the fillets and let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Feel free to add more lemon pepper, or lemon juice to taste
