1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 cup milk

Bang Bang Sauce
Directions
Mix together all of your sauce ingredients and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
Remove salmon skin and cut into bite size pieces.
In one large bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, Johnny’s and garlic powder. Whisk to fully combine the ingredients.
In a seperate bowl whisk together milk and egg.
Lastly, pour your panko crumbs in a third bowl.
Dredge salmon on all sides with the flour mixture, then to the egg mixture, then into panko crumbs. For this step I press the panko down onto the salmon to ensure they're fully covered for extra crisp.
Fry to a golden brown.
Generously drizzle Bang-Bang sauce over salmon. Topped with some Serrano peppers for extra heat and a side of jasmine rice.
