This Bacon, Egg, and Potato Breakfast Skillet is a hearty one-pan meal featuring crispy bacon, golden potatoes, and perfectly cooked eggs, seasoned with Johnny's Seasoning Salt and Pepper, topped with melted cheese and green onions. It’s a delicious, comforting way to start the day.
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain, leaving about 2 tablespoons of drippings in the pan.
2. Add diced potatoes and onion to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook over medium-low for 12–15 minutes, flipping only once or twice for crispiness.
3. Uncover, stir in minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Season with Johnny's Seasoning Salt and Seasoned Pepper.
4. Make four wells in the potatoes and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook on low for 8–10 minutes, until whites are set.
