1/2 teaspoon of dark brown sugar
1 bone-in, skin-on Turkey Breast (about 2 1/2 pounds)

Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 360°F
In a small bowl, combine the salt, thyme, rosemary, Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper, sage, garlic powder, paprika, and brown sugar.
Brush the turkey breast with olive oil, then rub the seasoning mix all over, making sure to get under the skin for maximum flavor.
Place the turkey breast skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes.
Carefully flip the turkey so it’s skin-side up and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 15 more minutes).
Let the turkey rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy
