Air Fryer Steak Bites
Air Fryer Steak Bites
Ingredients
1 lb. New York strip steak, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
-
3tsp. Johnny’s Steak Seasoning
1/2tsp. Salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. (or more) finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat airfryer to 400ºF for 5 minutes
During the preheat, toss steak, worcestershire sauce and Johnny’s Steak Seasoning in a large bowl
Arrange steak into a single layer in air fryer basket or rack (working in batches if necessary) Cook for 2 minutes on one side then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for medium rare steak bites. Cook for additional 30 second increments to reach a higher degree of doneness, if desired.
Whilst the stake is in the fryer, heat a small pot over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Add in salt and garlic and cook for about 1 minute until sizzling and fragrant. Then add in the additional butter, and stir until melted.
Take the pot off the heat, and stir in the freshly cut parsley. Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the finished steak bites and sprinkle with more parsley if desired. Use the remaining garlic butter for dipping upon serving.
