Tuna Stuffed Avocado

- 6 large avocados, halved
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 3 cans of tuna
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp. Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt
- Chop the tomato, red onion and jalapeño. Mix together in a large mixing bowl.
- Drain tuna and mix into the tomato, onion, and jalapeños. Mix in the juice from 1 lime. Add Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt.
- Cut the avocados in half and spoon the tuna mixture on top of the avocados. Enjoy and serve with a spoon.
