Tuna Stuffed Avocado

  • 6 large avocados, halved
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp. Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt


  1. Chop the tomato, red onion and jalapeño. Mix together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drain tuna and mix into the tomato, onion, and jalapeños. Mix in the juice from 1 lime. Add Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt.
  3. Cut the avocados in half and spoon the tuna mixture on top of the avocados. Enjoy and serve with a spoon.
