  1. Bake 2 Yams
  2. Remove Skin
  3. Add a Pinch of Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
  4. Add 2 Tbs Melted Butter
  5. Add 1/2 Cup Johnny’s Whiskey Sauce
  6. Mash until smooth
  7. Finish with Toasted Pecans on top
