Johnny’s slow-cooker Pork

- 2 lb. pork shoulder roast
- 1/2 cup chicken or pork broth
- 2 tsp Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
- 2 cup sliced onions
- 2/3 cup Barbecue Sauce
- Combine pork, broth and Johnny’s Seasoning Salt in the slow cooker.
- Set on low for four hours.
- Add chopped onions.
- Cook on low for two more hours.
- Turn off slow cooker and shred pork.
- Top with barbecue sauce and serve on buns or salad.
