  1. Melt 2 tbs Butter over medium heat
  2. Add 3 tbs Flour
  3. Whisk until paste
  4. Add 12 oz Johnny’s Au Jus Liquid
  5. Add 2 Cups of Water
  6. Whisk and allow to thicken
  7. Serve Over French fries and cheese curds
  8. Top with Johnny’s Seasoning Salt & Green Onion
