Grilled Caramelized Cabbage

  • 1 whole green cabbage
  • 8 T. butter, divided
  • Johnny’s Seasoning Salt or Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Sea Salt


  1. Cut cabbage into eight equal sections.
  2. Put each section onto a piece of aluminum foil and top with butter and seasoning.
  3. Wrap each portion tightly and place onto the hot grill on indirect heat for 30 minutes. (This dish can also be baked at 375 for 35 minutes.)
