Steaming hot creamed potato broccoli and cheese soup


4 cups chicken stock
2 cups chopped broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
½ small onion, diced
1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
15 oz can evaporated milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt


  1. In a large pot, mix chicken stock, broccoli, onion and ½ teaspoon of Johnny’s Seasoning Salt over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk and shredded cheese.
  3. Cook at a lower heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with warm rolls.
