Adobo Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs of melted butter
  • 4-6 ears of corn
  • 1/2 tbsp Johnny’s seasoning salt
  • ½ tbsp Johnny’s Parmesan Garlic
  • 1 cup Johnny’s Adobo Tequila Sauce
  • 1 lime
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Shuck 4-6 ears of corn
  2. Grill for 8 minutes
  3. Brush on 2 tbs melted butter
  4. Sprinkle ½ tbsp of Johnny’s Seasoning Salt onto corn
  5. Sprinkle ½ tbsp Johnny’s Parmesan Garlic onto corn
  6. Brush 1 cup of Johnny’s Adobo Tequila Sauce evenly onto corn
  7. Squeeze fresh lime juice onto corn
  8. Sprinkle ½ cup of Cotija Cheese onto corn
  9. Add ½ cup of chopped cilantro on top of corn
