Spicy Chicken Wrap
4 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken
4 tbs Olive Oil
1 cup Jamaica Me Sweet Hot & Crazy
3 cups flour
1 tbs salt
2 tbs Garlic Spread & Seasoning
2 tbs Jamaica Me Crazy Seasoned Pepper
Tortilla – heated
Cliantro – tear
- Mix Jamaica Me Sweet Hot & Crazy and eggs in mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and dry seasonings. Transfer dry mix to a dinner plate.
- Dip chicken in egg and sauce mixture, then roll chicken in dry mix. Discard eggs and sauce after all chicken is coated.
- Fry in Olive oil for 10 minutes on each side.
- After Chicken is cooked thoroughly, place on tortilla with tomato slivers, lettuce, cilantro, and drizzle fresh dressing. Roll and serve.
