Salmon with Creamy Seasoned Marinade



  • 1 large salmon filet
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • Johnny’s Alaskan Salmon Seasoning
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place salmon on foil covered cookie sheet.
  3. Mix mayo, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl, and then coat the top of the fish with the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Cover with foil and bake until salmon flakes apart easily with fork (about 45 minutes, depending on size of salmon).
