Salmon with Creamy Seasoned Marinade
- 1 large salmon filet
- 1/2 c. mayo
- Johnny’s Alaskan Salmon Seasoning
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place salmon on foil covered cookie sheet.
- Mix mayo, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl, and then coat the top of the fish with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Cover with foil and bake until salmon flakes apart easily with fork (about 45 minutes, depending on size of salmon).
