Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon Johnny’s Garlic Spread
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
6 yukon gold potatoes, sliced
3 large carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli pieces
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl. Toss vegetables and oil in large bowl. Add seasonings; toss to coat well. 
  2. Spread vegetables in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
