1 (1½ lb.) pkg. Klondike Gourmet Medley Potatoes
1/4 onion, sliced and lightly sautéed
2 tbsp. Johnny’s Garlic Spread
1 tbsp. olive oil
Johnny’s Seasoned Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil all over the dough and sprinkle the Johnny’s Garlic Spread on top. Spread it around to coat the whole crust. Layer the potatoes, lightly overlapping. Add the onions and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper.
- Bake the pizza until the bottom of the crust is crisp and the top is browned, about 15-20 minutes. Slice and enjoy hot.
