Mandarin Orange Shrimp Alfredo


3 – 16/20 black tiger prawns
2 oz Bay shrimp
2 oz mandarin orange slices
2 oz sliced red onions
2 oz fresh diced tomatoes
1 oz fresh orange juice
Pinch of Dill
Johnny’s Seafood Seasoning to taste.
8 oz fettuccine noodles
Olive or Canola oil for cooking
Fresh grated parmesan


  1. In hot oil, sauté onions, prawns and diced tomatoes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and sauté until all is hot.
  3. Pour into pasta bowl and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Place the prawns along the edge of bowl for presentation.
