Mandarin Orange Shrimp Alfredo
3 – 16/20 black tiger prawns
2 oz Bay shrimp
2 oz mandarin orange slices
2 oz sliced red onions
2 oz fresh diced tomatoes
1 oz fresh orange juice
Pinch of Dill
Johnny’s Seafood Seasoning to taste.
8 oz fettuccine noodles
Olive or Canola oil for cooking
Fresh grated parmesan
- In hot oil, sauté onions, prawns and diced tomatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients and sauté until all is hot.
- Pour into pasta bowl and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Place the prawns along the edge of bowl for presentation.
