Johnny’s slow-cooker Pork



  • 2 lb. pork shoulder roast
  • 1/2 c. chicken or pork broth
  • 2 t. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
  • 2 c. sliced onions
  • 2/3 c. Barbecue Sauce


  1. Combine pork, broth and Johnny’s Seasoning Salt in slow cooker.
  2. Set on low for four hours.
  3. Add chopped onions.
  4. Cook on low for two more hours.
  5. Turn off slow cooker and shred pork.
  6. Top with barbecue sauce and serve on buns or salad.
