Johnny’s Lentil Salad


  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup brined Feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup brown Lentils cooked and cooled according to package directions


  1. In a jar or shaker, add olive oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Oregano, Johnny’s Organic Garlic Salt, and Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper and shake well. Set aside.
  2. Gently toss the cherry tomatoes, green onions, yellow pepper, red pepper, parsley, brined feta, and brown lentils together and pour over the dressing. Serve immediately.
