Johnny’s Chimichurri Marinade



  • 2 cups chopped cilantro
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 Tbsp Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Sea Salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a paste in formed.
  2. Taste and add additional Johnny’s Seasoning as desired.
  3. Use as a sauce or rub on chicken, beef, or pork for a fantastic marinade for grilling.
