Johnny’s Chimichurri Marinade
- 2 cups chopped cilantro
- 4 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- 1 Tbsp Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Sea Salt
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a paste in formed.
- Taste and add additional Johnny’s Seasoning as desired.
- Use as a sauce or rub on chicken, beef, or pork for a fantastic marinade for grilling.
