2 Klondike Rose or Klondike Goldust potatoes
Johnny’s Seasoned Salt
- Bake (or boil) and shred the potatoes.
- Add oil to Sauté pan. Sauté green peppers, mushrooms, and red onion until they start to soften.
- Add potatoes to the pan. Stir lightly as the potatoes heat through.
- Sprinkle with Johnny’s Seasoned Salt.
- Add Cheese. Stir lightly. Serve hot.
