Grilled Cheese Potatoes
1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
3 potatoes (8 oz), sliced
4 tsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
2 TBS Johnny’s Parmesan & Garlic Seasoning
1 red onion, sliced
- Cut heavy-duty foil into a 14×12-inch piece. Spray one side generously with preferred cooking spray.
- In small bowl, pour oil, chives, Johnny’s Seasoning Salt and Johnny’s Parmesan & Garlic Seasoning over potato pieces.
- Put potatoes in center of sprayed side of foil piece with red onion sliced on top. Fold foil over so the edges touch. Seal edges but allow space on sides for air to ciculate.
- Place in your grill and close the lid. Grill on medium-low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
