Grilled Caramelized Cabbage
- 1 whole green cabbage
- 8 T. butter, divided
- Johnny’s Seasoning Salt or Johnny’s Organic Seasoned Sea Salt
- Cut cabbage into eight equal sections.
- Put each section onto a piece of aluminum foil and top with butter and seasoning.
- Wrap each portion tightly and place onto hot grill on indirect heat for 30 minutes. (This dish can also be baked at 375 for 35 minutes.)
