Garlic Parmesan Compound Butter



  • 1/4 c. Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning
  • 1/2 c. butter, unsalted


  1. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix on medium speed until blended and fluffy.
  3. Place butter mixture on flat piece of saran wrap.
  4. Use wrap to form butter into a loaf shape.
  5. Freeze 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap butter and slice into sections.
  7. Use as a topper for steaks to enhance flavor.
