Garlic Parmesan Compound Butter
- 1/4 c. Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning
- 1/2 c. butter, unsalted
- Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Mix on medium speed until blended and fluffy.
- Place butter mixture on flat piece of saran wrap.
- Use wrap to form butter into a loaf shape.
- Freeze 1 hour.
- Unwrap butter and slice into sections.
- Use as a topper for steaks to enhance flavor.
