Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potato


2-3 lbs. Klondike Goldust Potatoes

4 tbsp. Butter

2 tbsp. Milk

2 tbsp. Johnny’s Garlic Spread


  1. Cut the potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Place in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Place on stove over medium heat. Allow to boil. Boil for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and place into a large bowl. Add butter, milk, and garlic spread. Mash until smooth. Serve warm plain or with your choice of gravy or toppings.
