Cheese Chicken Broccoli Casserole
2 cups cooked broccoli florets
2 cups cooked cauliflower florets
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 tsp. Johnny’s Seasoning Salt
2 cans (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
- Place the broccoli, cauliflower and chicken into a 3qt casserole dish or comparable sized baking dish. Sprinkle Johnny’s Seasoning Salt over top.
- Stir the soup, mayonnaise, ½ cup of cheese together in a small bowl.
- Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli, cauliflower and chicken. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese on top.
- Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes or until it’s hot and bubbling.
